Family-owned ice creamery to expand, opening 3rd NJ spot
Stack Creamery, a family-owned ice cream shop, is expanding in New Jersey.
The Westwood-based ice creamery is expanding to Morris County, the company told NJ Advance Media.
Stack Creamery is opening its third location at 48 Washington St. in Morristown. The new shop will replace former coin dealer Postmark.
The company is preparing for a soft opening later in July, although an official opening date has yet to be announced.
“We are family-owned and operated by three siblings, two of which left their careers to follow their passion: serving their absolute favorite childhood dessert to their local community,” co-founding sibling Mohamed Elnakib told NJ Advance Media. “At Stack Creamery, we serve made-from-scratch, original recipe cookies and brownies made with high-quality real ingredients and pair them with homemade ice cream to form the most amazing and custom ice cream sandwiches.”
At Stack Creamery, guests can choose from over a dozen homemade ice creams, cookies and toppings to build their own ice cream sandwiches.
The ice cream shop also offers brownies, ice cream sandwich cakes, ice cream pies and donuts.
“We also function like a traditional ice cream parlor serving cups, cones and milkshakes,” Elnakib said.
Stack Creamery opened its flagship store in Westwood in 2020. Its second spot opened in Jersey City in 2021.
