This weekend in Shreveport and Bossier City there is plenty of fun to get into no matter what you’re interested in. From country music concerts to wine festivals and movie trivia, here’s the weekend events calendar in Shreveport-Bossier.

Friday, September 23

  • Lee Brice “Label Me Proud Tour” at Brookshire Grocery Arena – Multi-platinum selling Country music powerhouse Lee Brice is bringing his tour to Bossier City and bringing along special guests Michael Ray and Jackson Dean. The show begins at 5 pm and tickets can be purchased at the Brookshire Grocery Arena website.
  • Reel Adventures: Chinatown at the RW Norton Art Gallery – Shreveport’s cinephiles can get excited for this event where film lovers will discuss the chosen movie led by local filmmaker Jeffrey Goodman and participate in trivia and games. Reel Adventures will take place from 5:30 – 8 pm at the RW Norton Art Gallery located at 4747 Creswell Ave. in Shreveport.

Saturday, September 24

  • Fifth Annual Catahoula Wine Mixer at Provenance Greenleaf Park – This outdoor event celebrates wine, cuisine and music from all over the world including California, France, South America and Italy. Each area will be its own festival with multiple chefs, wines, desserts and entertainers to take festival-goers on an adventure.   • Comedy Night at The Missing Link – Come out to The Missing Link for a night of comedy hosted by Glenn Stuart and featuring sets from Mark Pugh and Clyde Williams. This is an 18+ event with a $10 cover that begins at 9 pm at The Missing Link in downtown Shreveport.

Sunday, September 25

  • Jack White “The Supply Chain Issues Tour” at Shreveport Municipal Auditorium – This phone-free show still has a limited number of tickets left. Enjoy the concert without the distractions of your phone and download the concert photos taken by the tour photographer to post on your own socials. The show starts at 8 pm and tickets can be purchased at the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium website.
  • Dripped Up & Smoked Out at The Seventh Tap – Come out for an epic brunch collaboration between Bad Wolf BBQ and Dripp Donuts hosted by Seventh Tap and with special guest Michelada Mayhem on site serving up Micheladas along with your favorite Tap beers. This event will be from Noon – 6 pm at The Seventh Tap located at 2640 Linwood Ave. in Shreveport.
